We liked nice hot breakfasts and nice views!
The room was pet-friendly and well furnished and had standard decor. The staff were particularly helpful, incredibly attentive. The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect, close to the railway station.

We had a really really nice stay that met expectation, would love to come back here some time. Appreciated our suite with full view of the inside space, portable heater plus a custom size bed. In general the service was welcoming. The location was great and fab, for example, Grovesnor Church was at a moderate distance from the hotel.

I was there for 1 night and ate at attached restaurant which supplied a brilliant breakfast. Got comfy bed and some excellent tea, an air conditioner, and armchairs.

The restaurant was really nice which supplied a brilliant breakfast, we ordered very pleasant dishes. Got comfy bed and luxurious bathroom. The location in a shopping area was magnificent and stunning and there were a main shopping street and a shopping street nearby. The hotel was minutes away from the heart of Barnstaple.

The location is amazing, in attached bistro. It's just a walking distance from Fullam Chinese Restaurant, where you can eat something. The rooms are well furnished and extremely pleasant with old original features, everything is fantastic.

The breakfast was tasty, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The guy serving breakfast even knew about the coats of arms in the old bank on the ceiling, which impressed me. Housekeeping was exceptional, and both the cooked and continental breakfasts were plentiful and of good quality. The lounge bar had a lovely menu for lunch.

Overall - lovely traditional and pretty standard place with excellent staff who provide a courteous service to all. Magnificent very central location, near to shops, restaurants as well as the shops and venue. Besides, easy to get to Rock Park.

The hotel is fairly clean with incredible service. The staff are all incredibly nice. The room is spotless and compact with fans, a custom size bed plus bar.

The hotel's location in the heart of Barnstaple was perfect as it allowed me to easily explore the town and visit the nearby bus and railway stations. Additionally, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the building itself had a lovely charm to it.
One small issue arose with the breakfast, which could be improved.
